Wonderland Nursery, Cudworth, is a neighbourhood nursery, which is the second in this exciting new chain. Set in the heart of this bustling community, the nursery has been newly refurbished from a Victorian School.

It encompasses a large school room for three and four year olds, a warm, comfortable room for under twos and a separate unit for the two year olds including a sleep room, conservatory and nappy changing facilities. The nursery is registered for 48 places each session and receives Government funding for three and four year olds. Parents can use this funding to access free 2.5 hour sessions or as a significant reduction from full time care charges.

The nursery is owned and run by a qualified early years teacher and all staff are fully qualified or are working towards nursery nurse qualifications.

First and foremost it is our aim to keep the children safe and happy. Once these needs are fulfilled we then introduce them to a programme of activities, which are thoroughly planned and assessed in order that the children are fully prepared for their transition into the reception class. All children have their own key worker who is the main point of contact for parents.

A morning snack, afternoon tea and full lunch is included in the price, as are all nappies and baby milks.

A breakfast club and after school club is also provided for children attending school in Cudworth and Shafton.
