My aims and objectives are to provide a safe and happy atmosphere where children can develop through play and other activities. By offering a homelike environment I am able to give quality care along with a nurturing setting which will stimulate physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. I believe in giving children praise, appreciation and attention which builds their self-esteem and promotes confidence.
Good behaviour will be rewarded as this is constructive and encourages the child to continue to behave well. Realistic limits will always be set according to age and stage of development as all children are individuals and grow and develop at their own pace.
I believe in maintaining good communications at all times in order to secure a frank and open relationship with the parent/guardian and shall always be available to discuss a child’s development.
My service will always provide equal concern by treating adults and children without any discrimination.
Parents and guardians can leave their children within my childminding
setting knowing that their child’s well being is paramount.
