I am Marie Gale, an Ofsted Registered Childminder living in the Staincross area with my husband Robert.
My home is situated in a pleasant location within easy walking distance of Mapplewell Primary School , Mapplewell Nursery and Rainbow's Pre-School and offers a safe, clean, comfortable and fun environment for the care of children.
I have places available for children aged 0-8 years and would welcome a mix of full-time and part-time children to care for. I am able to offer a school dropoff and pick-up service to any of the above mentioned schools if required. The childcare I offer is good quality at a competitive rate.
I have attended a CACHE certified course in the Introduction to Childminding Practice (ICP) and successfully passed a First Aid course accredited-by St John's Ambulance, in accordance with Ofsted's requirements. I have also attended the Introduction to Birth to Three Matters, which provides a framework that I now implement to support children in their early years.
I am a member of Childminding Together ( Barnsley ) and the National Childminding Association (NCMA).
