I am a registered childminder based in Ardsley. The name of my setting is Jolly Jo's Childcare. I am 27 years old and I have a five year old daughter called Elena.
I have passed the ICP (Introduction to Childminding Practice) and I am in my second year of the Level 3 Cache Diploma in Early Years Childcare. I am qualified in First Aid and food hygiene.
Within my setting I offer a range of activities both indoor and outdoor in the large enclosed garden. Children will take part in activities such as painting, sticking, role play, singing dancing, baking and story time and also plenty of free time to do activities they want to do.
In the nicer weather we visit the park and take trips to Cannon Hall Farm and Playmania
I provide plenty of meals, snacks and drinks included free of charge.
I am open from 8.30am until 6pm, however until July 1st I finish at 3pm on Mondays to enable me to complete my college course.
I can also take and collect children from Oakhill primary school if necessary.
I provide good quality care, where the children are well looked after and are treated as individuals and with equal concern.
