I feel that it would be helpful if you knew a little about me and the resources I can offer. Also some of the procedures that I will be following, when working with your child.
Safety is number one on my list. I carry all of the relevant insurances, and all of my resources carry safety kite marks. I am Ofsted and NCMA registered and a qualified Learning Support Assistant.
Fire drills are carried out on a regular basis so the children are never frightened as it is made fun. I believe there are three main types of supervision: Constant, Close and General. The correct one will be used depending on the age and stage of your child. I will continue your child's daily routine to your requirements.
Your child will be stimulated with activities to enable him/her to develop. The resources will reflect all life and culture and will be made accessible to both boys and girls. Treating all children with equal concerns shows that I celebrate diversity, not difference. I will do my best to make any changes as smooth as possible and with the minimum of stress.
Positive behaviour is encouraged by giving lots of praise.
I hope to build a sound working relationship with you as the parent and any questions or
queries will be treated with the utmost of confidence.
