Apple Tree House Day Nursery is situated in the heart of Worsbrough community. The surrounding area is peaceful, away from all busy roads making the location ideal for small children.

The 41 place nursery provides quality childcare for children from 3 months to five years. Apple Tree House opened in the autumn of 2000 and has grown from strength to strength.

The nursery is run on a daily basis by a manager and her dedicated team of eight highly qualified and experienced staff.

The nursery has three individual rooms, Blossoms baby room caters for children from three to fourteen months. It is very brightly coloured and has a cosy home from home feel. Activities focus on stimulating the five senses.

The Pipsqueaks room is for children from twelve months to 3 years. This is a busy room where children are encouraged to engage in exploration activities, designed to further develop their senses and motor skills.

The Apples room is for children aged 3 to 5 years. The children in this room work with the foundation stages of the curriculum, by providing key experiences for individual children as well as children working within a group.

The large outdoor area features a lawn and a rubber safety surface area. The children are encouraged to play a wide variety of outdoor games as well as use the large equipment provided.

The latest OFSTED inspection was in February 2003 and we came out with flying colours.
